Insulating FireBrick High Alumina C-2 2552° F (1400 c)

Description

New Oreworld.com c-2 insulating fire brick (may not be in original box). I have about 500 pieces available.  I researched out the brick that was best for High Fire Reduction Ceramics and the c-2 has very good performance in a high reduction atmosphere. Lightweight brick, about 4lbs per brick. Size 4.5"x 9"x2.5". These brick are soft and slightly chipped corners are normal. Shipped in boxes of 8 bricks (.46 each brick in lots of 8 bricks per case).
I built several cone 10--ceramic kilns and these are the unused brick. The kilns I built were fast fire kilns that reached cone 10 in about 2 hours and the brick have held up to the thermal shock of rapid increase in temperature.
